Oil Centrifuge &
Separator Division

Our flagship division. As authorised dealer for CbS Technologies, we supply, commission and service disc stack separators — and back them with genuine parts and our own engineers.

The technology

CbS Disc Stack Separator

Engineered for efficient solid–liquid separation and reliable liquid–liquid extraction, with filtration precision up to 0.1 micron.

How it works

As the high-speed bowl spins, centrifugal force drives denser particles outward while lighter phases move inward through a stack of conical discs. The result is rapid, precise separation — continuously, while your plant keeps running.

  • Filtration precision up to 0.1 micron
  • Solid–liquid separation and liquid–liquid extraction
  • Removes oil contaminants and extends machinery lifespan
  • Built for heavy-duty, continuous industrial duty
  • 100% Made in India

The CbS Range

Two bowl configurations, selected on how much solid your process carries and how often it needs discharging.

Self Cleaning Separator

Automatic solids discharge on a timed or sensor-driven cycle, so the unit runs unattended on fluids carrying a meaningful solids load. The right choice where stopping to clean a bowl by hand is not practical.

  • Automatic bowl discharge
  • Continuous, unattended operation
  • Higher solids-handling capacity

Solid Bowl Separator

A simpler, sealed bowl for duties with a light solids load, where the priority is clean separation and straightforward maintenance rather than automated discharge.

  • Manual bowl cleaning
  • Ideal for low solids content
  • Simple to operate and maintain

Applications

Precise solid–liquid and liquid–liquid separation across industries where product quality and machine life both depend on fluid purity.

Industrial Oil

Purifying lube, hydraulic and quench oils — removing water and abrasive solids to protect bearings, gears and hydraulics.

Edible Oil

Clarification and separation duties in edible oil processing, where consistency and product quality are the output.

Food

Separation and clarification in food processing, supporting product quality and consistent throughput.

Beverages

Clarifying beverages to the clarity and stability the finished product requires.

Pharmaceuticals

Processing bio-products and pharmaceutical streams where separation precision is not negotiable.

Dairy

Dairy separation and clarification duties, running continuously through production.

Keeping it running

A separator earns its keep only for as long as it is maintained properly.

Bowls need cleaning, discs need inspecting, seals and gaskets wear. We handle preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, plus refurbishing and upgrades to extend the life of what you already own — and we train your operators so routine work does not need a call-out.

  • Genuine Parts

100% authentic components complying with OEM specification — the difference between a rebuild that lasts and one that does not.

  • Maintenance

Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, with refurbishing and upgrades where they make economic sense.

  • Technical Support

Responsive technical assistance and operator training, so your team can get the most out of the machine.

Frequently Asked

Can a separator run while the plant is in service?

Yes. Units are normally installed on a kidney loop off the reservoir, so fluid is cleaned continuously without taking the host machine offline.

Self cleaning or solid bowl — which do I need?

It depends on how much solid your fluid carries. A meaningful, continuous solids load calls for a self cleaning bowl that discharges automatically; a light load is well served by a solid bowl unit that is cleaned manually. Send us an analysis and we will recommend one.

Will centrifuging strip the oil additives?

No. Additives are dissolved in the oil phase rather than suspended in it, so correctly configured separation removes water and solids while leaving the additive package intact.

Do you service separators you did not supply?

Yes. We service units already installed on site regardless of who supplied them, and we stock genuine parts for the makes we support.

Where it sits in your system

A separator is normally installed on a kidney loop off the reservoir. Fluid is drawn off, brought to temperature, spun, and returned clean — continuously, without interrupting the machine it serves.

Water and solids leave the circuit instead of accumulating in it, so the charge in service stays closer to specification for far longer.

Process flow: used oil is heated, passed through a disc stack separator, and returned as clean oil while water and sludge are discharged.
Typical oil conditioning loop — feed, heat, separate, return.
