Chapter One — How it began
Two decades on the plant floor taught us the same lesson, over and over: nothing wears a plant out faster than dirty fluid.
Water finds its way in. Solids build up. Additives get stripped. None of it announces itself — and by the time it does, the damage is already paid for in bearings, in downtime, and in oil that gets drained away when it could have been saved.
Those years were spent alongside the people who carry the consequences when something stops. We learned which shortcuts cost the most, and which promises are worth making.
In September 2025, that experience became a company of its own. MG Engineering Enterprises was established in Asansol, West Bengal — built around separation and fluid purity first, and broadened from there.
